Registering
A Customer Services Representative at Imperial Consulting will respond to your registration request by e-mail. The response will provide details of how you can pay your registration fee using PayPal (see below). Once payment has been processed, a confidential username and password will be sent to you by e-mail to enable access to Imperial's information search and procurement services.
Document ordering using RefDoc®
Upon completion of a search, send an e-mail to info@imperialconsulting.net listing your document requirements. Full citation details for each document should be provided to ensure efficient fulfilment of your document order.
A Customer Services Representative at Imperial Consulting will respond to your document(s) request by e-mail.
The response will provide details of the documents that have been procured as well as those that are not yet available.
The response will also request payment for the procured documents using PayPal (see below).
Once payment has been received, the procured documents will be sent to you by e-mail.
Assisted search request using RefPlus®
To have an information specialist at Imperial Consulting perform a search, send an assisted search request by e-mail to info@imperialconsulting.net. The request should provide an outline of your search requirements including a full list of keywords to be included to ensure efficient fulfilment of your search order.
A Customer Services Representative at Imperial Consulting will respond to your assisted search request by e-mail.
-- The first response will clarify your search requirements (if necessary) and provide details of when the search will be conducted and the search results made available.
-- The second response will notify you of the availability of the search results and request payment of 100 euro per search using PayPal (see below).
Once payment has been received, the search results will be sent to you by e-mail.
Research & Technical Developments monitoring using RefTrack®
To have an information specialist at Imperial Consulting set up a RefTrack®, send an e-mail to info@imperialconsulting.net outlining your search requirements. A full list of keywords should be included to ensure efficient fulfilment of your RefTrack© order.
A Customer Services Representative at Imperial Consulting will respond to your RefTrack© request by e-mail.
-- The first response will clarify your search requirements (if necessary) and determine how frequently the RefTrack© should be performed and for how long.
-- The second response will notify you of the schedule of availability of the RefTrack© results and request payment of 10 euro per RefTrack© using PayPal (see below).
Once payment has been received, the RefTrack© results will be sent to you by e-mail according to the agreed schedule.
